Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage:

Modena Lucerna ("Company") warrants to the original purchaser that all parts sold through licensed distributors, as listed on our website www.modenalucerna.com, are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty extends for the lifetime of the product under normal use and service.

Transferrable Warranty:
This limited lifetime warranty is fully transferrable to subsequent owners of the product, provided that the product remains installed in the original vehicle for which it was purchased.

Warranty Conditions:
Proof of Purchase: The warranty claimant must provide proof of purchase from a licensed distributor and evidence that the product was installed in accordance with Modena Lucerna and/or vehicle manufacturer’s specifications.
Warranty Registration: To activate the transferable warranty, the current owner must register the product with Modena Lucerna within thirty (30) days of ownership transfer.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
-Normal wear and tear.
-Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, improper installation, or modifications.
-Damage from environmental conditions, including (but not limited to) road salt, hail, and chemicals.
-Costs associated with part removal, installation, or damage occurring during installation.

Limitations of Liability:
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty given by Modena Lucerna and supersedes any prior warranties. Modena Lucerna’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts. No other warranties, express or implied, are given, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Modena Lucerna shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Claim Procedure:
To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at warranty@modenalucerna.com with your proof of purchase, detailed description of the issue, and evidence of defect. Modena Lucerna reserves the right to inspect the product and verify the defect. If a defect is confirmed, Modena Lucerna will, at its option, repair the product, furnish a replacement part, or provide a similar product of equal value.
